Advance CAD Support Services
As a multi-national developer Graitec has a network of offices across Europe and America. This means we can offer quick access to Advance CAD support in local time zones and local languages, as opposed to having a central support team only working in a single time zone.
All clients will automatically qualify for free installation support if required. This is to help you with any initial problems installing the software on individual machines or network installs.

Advance CAD Gold Support
In addition to installation support we also offer Advance CAD Gold Support which runs for 12 months or 10 hours (whichever comes soonest) so you are only paying for the support you need. If you exceed your 10 hour allocation, you can of course simply order additional support in blocks of 10 hours as required.
